Hehe. If those sentences ring a bell, and remind you of something, possibly sang by Shinae’s lovely hubby himself keke, then you are a true Alex’s fan. LOL. (Alex sang this song on the previous Kim Jung Eun’s Chocolate)
Anyhoo. I’m just too happy to find these wonderful news about Shinae, when I wasn’t even planning to look for them. Just gotta love how when I search for 알렉스 (Alex), 신애 (Shinae) is within the search also :P
Shinae’s 7kg weight-loss successful story
As we all can see, she does look super great now after the reunion. I guess that’s how love can affect and motivate a person, right? lol. kidding. OK, now being serious, Shinae did lose 7kg (in a month!), within the time before she came back to WGM, up until now.
As we also know, (Alex told us), he heard from his friends that Shinae’s been working out a lot during their ’separation’ time. Now, now, how did he know about Shinae’s little diet program? Isn’t it wonderful how even though they weren’t in contact (no phone-call, etc. or so they admitted), Alex still knew all these from his ‘friends’ :) To me, it’s just too cute. And that should make me as happy as can bee.
Shinae has been doing some health and fitness self-management by working out (boxing and aerobic exercise). Furthermore, as we know, Shinae will be back on TV screen this November on her comeback drama on KBS2, “Princess Cheon Chu” (where she’ll play as Princess Cheon Chu’s younger sister). Her management said that her weight has been ‘dramatically reduced’ because of all these workout and exercise.
In an interview with the Star News recently, Shinae said, “To maintain my health, and also to reduce the weight steadily for that purpose, I’ve been doing three-hours of exercise per-day.”
(Another news I found about Shinae is that she will attend the premiere of “고사: 피의 중간고사” I’m not sure of the title in English, but it’s the horror movie starring Nam Gyu Ri, Lee Bum Soo, etc. She will attend this function to support Sohn Yeo Eun, her best friend of 6 years. It’s nice to see how the media even put up this news about Shinae and her 6 years of friendship. )

She is gorgeious alright. I hope they (Shinae n Alex) will contact each other privately to maintain a healthy shinship. Playing Princess Cheon Chu second sister?, hope it’s not a second lead actress. Well looking forward to her drama.

With Shinae looking so naturally pretty and having lost that much weight recently, it’s no wonder that Alex really seems to be smitten! Hope they become a real couple. Alshin fighting!!!

7kg.. that’s almost 15 pounds and in one month.. that is a lot of weight to lose so fast >_>… but then she has professional trainers so it makes sense that she lost it healthily xD…
