It must be one amazing nite for the 2500 audiences that came to the concert. And I’m just too excited, I woke up too early so I can search for any fan-account about his concert last night.

And thank God, at last, after a few search here and there, I found an article (for starter) about this amazing concert.  It was pretty quick, considering the concert was just over a few hours ago. ^_^

Based on this article I read from asiaeconomy, looks like they totally had a blast last night.
Here’s to summarize:

“Alex - his first solo concert in tears”

At 6pm, Alex opened his first solo concert at the Ewha Woman University, to the approx. 2500 audience on this opening day.   A surprise appearance of Sung Shi Kyung’s video letter, greeted the audience and Alex said in response that he really want Sung Shi Kyung to sing again (as we know, Sung Shi Kyung got enlisted last June).  Alex also expressed his gratitude to Sung Shi Kyung and asked the audience to keep supporting him as he serves his country.

The show lasted for about 3 hours, and alex sang a total of 26 songs, among them were ballads, pop songs and various other songs like Oasis and Jason Mraz (?)

Alex has selected his first solo concert song with “I’m sorry to keep you waiting.” from the album, and from the beginning, it is said that the performance was ‘heated and the audience are cheering for him.” (My goodness, I can just imagine it. What an appropriate song he chose as his entrance song!)

And most of the time, every time Alex did a single action, more than 90% of the audience, which mostly are women, cheered for him. (2500 people in one single auditorium, what an exhilirating experience. It must be really nerve-wrecking too as it is his first concert. I’m so happy for him! lol!)

Then in the middle of the song, apparently Alex did have some tears while performing, and so the audience can see how he put his emotion into the song…  (I can imagine it again… ahh goosebumps~~~ lol)

He also invited a few guests singers, such as Ibadi and Wonder Girls. It’s so nice to read that Horan was there also to celebrate this special night.  Alex, not only did his own songs, but as we watched from Street Sound Take 1″ video, he has prepared the Oasis song as well as Lee Eun Mi’s, through his own special way making this concert so rich to enjoy.   The article also mentioned how Alex did one of those “pause-moment” where he stopped singing and the atmosphere just got heated with cheers.

And when Alex sang “If it were you” (or “If You”) and the fever is just getting hotter when he performed that song, the audience just couldn’t pass to sing along with him as they all knew the lyrics by heart already. (Cool! haha… gah~~ I wish I was there!)  And oh, seems like Alex just let his emotions flow and he had tears again while singing another song (”Let’s get out”? not sure what song this is)

After the performances reached its peak moment, Alex’s “Daisy” marked the end of the show.  He expressed his regret to say goodbye to the audience, but as expected, an encore.  He did two songs, Yeonho’s “Coming Home” and Loveholic’s “Flowerpot” (WOOT!  aigooooo…. he dedicated that one special song for Shinae? Maybe? Can someone smack me and bring me back to reality? LOL.  SIGH. I think I’m depressed now, reading all this great stuffs and still totally missed the great ALEX CONCERT in action. Sigh.)

The article praised Alex’s “lack of preparation” for the concert and he nailed it with flying colors. (Lack of preparation?! I don’t think it’s true, but well maybe he could’ve had more time if only he doesn’t have other million things to do each day =) What can I say… a super busy man indeed =)

Now I know what you’re thinking… haha.. It doesn’t say anything about Shinae coming to the concert, so I guess she didn’t show up? =(  Must be busy with other stuffs, or maybe to avoid scandals? Whatever it is, I respect their wishes and just keep hoping something wonderful is “brewing” with those two wonderful people.  Alex, fighting!!! Shinae, fighting!!! ^^
