This weekend, I’ve been wanting to see another drama that I can watch it in one go. So I browsed around D-Addicts and remembered the drama I downloaded last week. KBS World calls it “My Precious You”, or it’s also called “My Beloved Children” or 내사랑 금지옥엽
You can download the episode RAW here, or from these torrents to see it with subtitles.

At first I thought, “Hm, Kim Seung Soo…” and since I’m always fond of him ever since I first saw him in ‘Full House’, I thought this drama would be a great one to see. Then the other familiar faces that I recognize like Lee Tae Ran, Ji Hyun Woo (Over The Rainbow) and Hong Soo Ah (Happiness) perks my interest more and more. The storyline is pretty simple, and it is a family drama (around 50 episodes or maybe more). Weekend drama usually has more family drama than any regular weekdays drama, so I thought after finishing “Happiness” and “Golden Bride” I would stay away from a long, family drama like this one. (Another friend even recommended me to watch this daily drama “The Road Home”, but oh my, one daily drama “I love you don’t cry” is plenty for me to watch haha..)
According to wiki, the synopsis for “My Previous You” is this, “After their parents’ divorce, Jang In Ho took care of her younger brother, Shin Ho. In Ho is a radio PD who meets a man with the same first name as her. Lee In Ho is talented singer and composer and is also divorced. He has a dark past as his father committed suicide after his business failure. When they first meet, they don’t get along with each other but as time passes, they begin to fall for each other.”
But I think there’s more to the story that they haven’t unfold. Jang In Ho (Lee Tae Ran) and Jeon Seol (Kim Seung Soo) could be childhood friends, or maybe more than that. But I don’t want to jump to conclusion first especially since I’m barely at episode 8.
The thing I like about this drama is that each character seems to have their own uniqueness to unfold later on. In Ho’s brother, the dentist (played by Ji Hyun Woo), swears not to get married because he doesn’t want to be tied down. But what if this character, Shin Ho (Ji Hyun Woo) got strike by a young lady from the villageside, saying that she’s pregnant with his baby? Ooh~ interesting. She will not give up until he marries her. “It’s either married or die… you know that right, Oppa?” she said. So, now ShinHo has to deal with her, without having his father knowing about the whole ordeals. Jeon Seol’s radio show is not getting the ratings that they expect, and now the station wants to do more to gain him back the public’s favors. They want to use the children, Eun Woo and Ji Woo. Jeon Seol is not happy, but then again, what can he do to cover up the secret between him and his ex-wife, whom now is engage with a younger man (an artist who also has his radio show at the same time as Jeon Seol.) Competition is there, and honestly I could care less about the ex-wife witch. She has no heart whatsoever, and can’t be known as the mother of those two beautiful children. When Ji Woo got diagnosed and wished to see her mom, Jeon Seol practically had to beg the ex-wife to visit her own daughter, and she refused to do so. (Gosh, I feel like smacking the actress too. Pretty but bitchy~ >_> good acting I guess? lol)
Anyways, I’m just starting to watch this drama, and in Korea there’s already 36 episodes aired up to today. So yeah, I have a lot to catch up to, and if you’re watching this drama, please feel free to spoil me with anything haha… I’m this close in downloading today’s episode just to see how the developments are in their near future :P
