After a while, with Empress Cheonchu still airing, I’ve been waiting to see Shinae on some talkshow or variety show. And so I was very pleasant to read about Shinae’s news again :) it’s about time, right?
Shinae is scheduled to be on the next Guerilla Date, a section in KBS2 Entertainment Relay where the host got to meet with a star, and they’ll have a short walk around (remember once Alex was on the date too? and earlier this month, Sean & Jung Hye Young were in it too.) I like this section of the show, since we get to see the star all alone, answering a few personal questions ^^
Shinae,”I can’t eat kimchi stew anymore now…”
This date will be the first where Shinae got to talk about the last Choi Jin Shil, her beloved unni. On the 21st, KBS2 “Entertainment Relay”, Guerilla Date will be broadcasting Shinae’s first appearance after Choi Jin Shil died.
When the host, comedian Yun Hyeong asked about Choi Jin Shil, Shinae said that kimchi stew reminds her of Choi Jin Shil. “Now that she’s no longer here, I can’t seem to eat kimchi stew as it’d remind me of her so much…” “Everytime I eat kimchi stew, it always remind me of her…”, as she said it with tears in her eyes.
Meanwhile, the host also asked Shinae if she has some complexity regarding her figure, which I personally think that it was kinda personal and uncomfortable. But I’ll reserve my judgment until after I see this episode. So for now, this is just based on what the articles have written.
But Shinae expressed, “Compared to other female artists, my figure is bigger than theirs. If I were to take on surgery, I’d want to have a shoulder surgery to kinda ‘cut if off’ a bit.” (What? There’s nothing wrong with her shoulder! nor her figure!)

thanks for the tip Shenny! I love that segment of KBS’ Entertainment Relay, but since my KBS World got removed I haven’t been able to watch the show but I’m looking forward to Shinae’s interview, it’s been a while since her We Got Married stint that we get to see her express herself, and yes, I agree I don’t find her big, she just looks fine, unlike some actresses that are really skinny
