Wow, 132 episodes. O_O
I’m stuck. I’ve been following this MBC daily drama since Day 1. *gulp*
And last night, their 107th just aired, which I have yet to watch.ㅋㅋㅋ
‘I love you, do not cry’, extends 12 more episodes, ending May 22
MBC has finally decided to extend the series by 12 more episodes. According to the drama production, it was originally planned for 120 episodes, but now they’re extending it until May 22, making it to be a total of 132 episodes.
Because of its strong competition with KBS2 drama, MBC hopes to add more ratings to “I Love You Don’t Cry”. Therefore the 12 more episodes extension is to be implied.
“I love you, don’t cry” started off with a secret birth of Lee Yuri’s character, Mi Soo, who was going to marry her architecture boyfriend, Han Young Min (played by Lee Jung Jin). But since their recent twist of fate, Mi Soo married her bestfriend Hyun Woo (played by Lee Sang Hyun) instead. Hyun Woo’s mom indirectly blamed Mi Soo for ruining her son’s bright future (of marrying a girl of her choice). “I love you don’t cry” isn’t your typical daily drama, as we won’t know how this ‘twist of fate’ will end up later on as the two main characters are not marrying each other. I obviously don’t know why I’m still watching this, but I want to see how it ends. Good or bad.
After “I love you don’t cry”, MBC is preparing another daily drama, “Give me food” 밥줘 starring, Ha Hui Ra 하희라, Kim Hye Seon 김혜선, Oh Yoon Ah 오윤아. “Give me food” tells a story about the lives of three sisters with strong personalities, their love story and marriage live. Written by Seo Young Myeong, the author of “Saving My Hubby” and 2007 SBS drama “The Woman”, and directed by PD Lee Dae Young (2007 “Bad Woman”)
This new MBC daily drama “Give me food” 밥줘 will begin airing its 1st episode following “I love you don’t cry” starting on Monday, May 25th.

All of us on soompi who have been watching this drama are asking ourselves the same question: Why are we still watching this drama since the writing is not making much sense now? My answer: We are suckers for pain, hehe.

I don’t think that Mi Soo and Young Min will married to each other because 3 years later after she got divorce then she just met him. Nevertheless, when Hyun Woo and Mi Soo got divorce, it was not both of them fault but just because Hyun Woo’s mother did not like Mi Soo then Hyun Woo did not want to see Mi Soo crying anymore then he decided to get divorce. I really felt sorry for this married couple.
