I have no idea what’s going on in this last episode, but since this is a pretty memorable event *lol*, it deserves a blog post ;]
“The Iron Empress” or well-known as “Empress Cheonchu” has finally ended its season, last night Korea time, with its 78th episode. At first it was originally planned for 60 episodes, then they ’stretched’ it far out for 18 more episodes. Well, I thought it was supposedly going for 80, thank GOD they didn’t. Wise choice, btw, KBS. LOL.
This has been a very long ride for us subbers in WITH S2, but no fret, we’ll stick through it till the very end. A few more episodes to go and we can wrap this baby up! WOOT.
Oh, gotta talk about the ratings too. It seems like the last episode got around 22.6%, which is…pretty ‘ouch’ for a long historical drama like this one. But at least they didn’t take a lower hit. This series has been airing since earlier this year in January.
