Awww, she dismissed the rumors right away? lol. It would’ve been great if they’d hooked up actually. Height-wise, perfect. And plus, their chemistry on-screen? Awesome. I’d love to see them ended up together actually ;)

Kim Tae Hee, “Lee Byung Hun and I, dating? No, it’s only on TV (laughs)” (interview)
Actress Kim Tae Hee quickly dismissed any rumors she has with fellow on-screen actor Lee Byung Hun.
In the recent interview, she told reporters, “In the drama, Seung Hee only loved Shin Hyun Jun.” But their love doesn’t actually transmit to the real life of Kim Tae Hee and Lee Byung Hun, or so that’s what she told them.
Though as realistic and romantic their love for each other appears to be on screen – with candy kisses, hugs and more kisses on screen, it’s inevitable that the fans of the drama are questioning their relationship behind the camera. To this, Kim Tae Hee responded, “If in the drama we can portray a real chemistry between lovers, then we did good,” she said “the feelings of being in love can’t be stopped by just anyone. But the progress off-screen is not like that. Even the whole team knows, even the staff that it’s only on TV (that they act as lovers).” Instead of focusing on the rumors, Kim Tae Hee said that she felt good that the audience favors their chemistry on screen.
And when talking about the candy kissing scene, Kim Tae Hee said that since they both have to act like a couple very much in love, they’d have to do it like they really know each other well. But she told the reporter that she has never done something like that before in real life. “I wanted to make it look like real, that was my first thought,” when she read about the kissing scene. In the earlier interview, Lee Byung Hun said, “사탕키스의 아이디어는 내가 냈다” (“The candy kissing scene was actually my idea”), and he said it came from an actual experience. Kim Tae Hee said, “Then I got an idea to use it in the drama, and the writers agreed, as they put it in the script. It’s fun.” Then she continued, “Actually, a lot of couples in love tend to do crazy stuffs like that, but not everyone has done something like this before.”
Along with the candy kissing scene, there was also the bedroom scene, when they both had to really act like they’re a real couple. Kim Tae Hee talked about this with ease, “For this scene, the theater is the bedroom, and we had to act with a ‘deliberate’ care. (laughs) I had to act comfortable and with ease even when I feel awkward… we had to make that scene believable to see on TV.”
And viewers applauded them both for such a realistic love scene by saying, “You both make such a great couple!” and raised higher suspicions about their relationship off screen. But Kim Tae Hee firmly reassured that people can’t see what’s going on behind the camera. They can’t see what really happened between the two of them when the camera is not rolling. “But it’s important that we can show people that in the drama Choi Seung Hee only loves Hyun Jun alone.”
To some people, stories are just stories. They can believe whatever they want to believe, and Kim Tae Hee is well aware of that. However, in her interview she answered all the questions with cheerfully smiling. Even to the sensitive questions she diligently and kindly responded carefully.
Awww that’s too bad!! I really want them to date in real life~~ kekeke… now that the drama has ended (badly, I must say. What the hell, IRIS writers?! Sheesh, Choi Wan Kyu loves tragic and fancy bad writings with bombs and whatnot. But overall, it’s rather entertaining if only it didn’t end up like that.

Started to really like her after IRIS. Her best work so far…. Also, I don’t think Hyun Joon died at the end. He was shot but he kept holding on and then it ended…..didn’t show if he died or lived…..I read that they are makin IRIS 3 also. which they will probably bring Hyun Joon back…maybe he’ll have memory loss or soemthing. kekekee.

The next iris 2 will change the main character and change Sau too. How sad kim tae hee and lee byung heon are not together. I think they should be a couple cuz they really do match. But i dont think Sau and kim tae hee match well. Anyway kim tae hee is sooooooo pretty. I wish she can act in shows and i also wish that lee byune heon will come to live again in the show.

IRIS 2 is not even out (in the making now…), how can there be an IRIS 3……????
Kim Tae Hee best so far……? For action drama….yes but her best would still be Love Story in Havard.
IRIS 2….there is no Tae Hee or Byung Hyun starring in the sequel….

I got really attached to the series IRIS on the first day I watched it. Its amazing how the actors and actresses take their job professionally and with care. Huge fan of Kim Tae-Hee! Love the sweet smile! Can’t wait for the next episode, hope to get a happy ending. I want the main characters Kim Tae-Hee and Lee Byung Hun (dont know if I spelled his name right) to be alive and get married and have babies!
