[Star Self Camera ①] Alex “Showing off my cooking skills”

Clazziquai’s Alex has become a decent, president of an Italian restaurant through the MBC drama “Pasta”. In the past, he is known for his gentle aura and sweet tones, as well as his great skills in cooking and how he deals with others. Through the 2008 MBC ‘We Got Married’, he became the virtual husband to his ‘wife’ Shinae and eventually gained him a nickname, ‘al-seobang’ (al-son-in-law).

Today, Alex is currently busy with his drama activities. In MBC ‘Pasta’, he is known as the President/CEO Kim San who owned the Italian restaurant where all the hoopla is located. Alex said that he is “enjoying the role as the restaurant owner.” Now, due to the drama’s popularity, IS Plus Star Self-Camera went behind the scene with some of his picture collection as they covered his activities as an actor and a singer.

‘Pasta’ turns out to be a very good drama. Displaying various types of different pasta, and they even decorated the dishes enough to make the viewers jealous and wished they can ’smell’ their screen. With a tight schedule, going back to learn scenes, Alex endures all and has become a more mature actor. However, he claimed to be having tons of fun and interesting experience. With a variety of actors on board, the drama creates such a new pleasure for the Korean dramas.

1. My very close friend, Honey Lee, is giving me a present from my fan club. Looking at her smiling face probably made her hungry. Since she is a former Miss Korea, she knows how to take care of her body and so gave me nutritious food. Of course, her body looks amazing. In the picture she looks the same height as me, but in reality she is taller. Honey-ssi, Thank You!

2. I am a great chef but since I am not able to cook as the restaurant’s CEO, I feel shorted.
I was able to hold the fry pan in the kitchen. First, have to check out the food. Hm, the smell of the food is not good. I need to do a better job of looking after the kitchen.

6. The three chefs who got fired at our restaurant, Ha Jae Sook, Jung Dae Hae, Song Sung Yoon, are blocking me in this photo. By the photo, it looks like we have hired three beauties. But in the back No Min Goon is very eye-catching.

7. Pasta’s Lee Sung Min is my acting elder. Whenever there is no camera in front of him, he is very scared but when there is no camera, it is a completely different atmosphere. But because of him, Alex is able to act like an actor.

Clazziquai’s Alex is surprisingly a macho man. During the concert, on stage, showing off his powerful charisma. Sometimes he even secretly shows off his muscular body. But his fans will always see him as the ’sweet guy’ (with sexy voice lol!) These fans really adore him! And his management really does have a good eye for being quite a fan of Alex.

9. At the concert this is what I have to do to look cool? Looking at the audience within 15 degrees, and holding the microphone within 10 degrees. 15. I am very thankful for my fans who has sent me snacks to my shooting locations. Whenever we have an all night and I see my fans snacks I am even more grateful. Because of my busy schedule I thought that I would lose weight, but it looks like I am going to be gaining it.

16. At young girl fan who has come to my shooting. She needs to grow up to be an great girl. I hope that she will be my fan for a long long time. Whenever I am signing, I am standing up.
