Really it’s hard to believe the bad news I just read today, especially when I was just listening to Blue Night, listening to his voice, and grinning like a maniac over all these pictures from Blue Night and his concert.  It’s cause he just seems so well and happy, but… sigh.. yeah, seriously, he needs some rest for goodness sake.  The man’s been working his butt off since months ago, and of course, with the concert prep. he probably overworked himself and so, though this news is unexpected, this is what I’ve been worrying about.

Don’t even know where to begin, so I just start with this picture first…

This picture is my favorite out of all the concert pictures I’ve seen up until now.
What an amazing capture. So radiant. Magical. Glowing.
Just proves again how Alex lights up wherever he goes, how appropriate.

More than 2000 fans came to cheer and to support him because THEY care so much about him.  But, here’s the amazing part.  I read about the ‘no picture, no recording’ in the concert auditorium, meaning that all these pictures are taken secretly. But in vice-versa, Alex himself broke the rule (well, because he can), and took pictures of his fans.  I bet it’s a wonderful feeling to be there, and watching him snapping those pictures away, and seeing him in tears, and everything else that comes with it.

Then I’m thinking to myself, what a wonderful moment to be captured, and it did.

This picture speaks for itself.  I love the lighting, the angle, the background, the position of Alex himself… the way he looks when he’s taking that snap… the proud moment, everything just fits well perfectly. And that look on his face… priceless.

Truly happy for him, and for all this great success.  He gained trust and love of more than two thousands people, and darn if that’s not enough, he even got to see his special “guest”  *kyaaaaaa~~*

It must be one amazing nite for the 2500 audiences that came to the concert. And I’m just too excited, I woke up too early so I can search for any fan-account about his concert last night.

And thank God, at last, after a few search here and there, I found an article (for starter) about this amazing concert.  It was pretty quick, considering the concert was just over a few hours ago. ^_^

On August 29 at 6:30pm, M.net “Street Sound Take 1″ followed Alex as he went to the studio to prepare for his concert (read: Alex jammin’ with his “My Favorite Songs” musician buddies and band to prepare for the big day. One more day! Woohoo~~)

What a treat, personally for me since I love behind-the-scene clips. Especially when a singer is among his buddies, just having a jammin’ session together. Truly a treat. Thank you, M.net!

It feels like I’m there with him, though he can’t see me but just watching them rehearse like that, with all the raw sound, and pitchy sound a bit here and there, but they are all very real!

Alex did a few numbers and the 2nd song he did is my favorite, because Alex sings it with such a soulful voice. Full of emotion, and the beginning intro is just beautiful. *dreamy look*

(What song is that btw? Must be a remake song, huh? Anyone knows the original artist?)

He also practiced Oasis’ “Don’t look back in anger” and this samba song (no idea whose song, but pretty sure it’s one of his favorite songs also).  The song is very catchy and groovy.  Very Alexquai~ =)
