Hyun Young cameo in “OB-GYN” as the pregnant movie star

SBS “OB-GYN” aired first episode last night, Feb 3 after finishing off with last episode of “Will it snow for Christmas?” last week. TV personnel/MC Hyun Young, who is well known for her unique voice has agreed to appear on the show as a cameo for the first 2 episodes airing on the 3rd and 4th of Feb.

Her appearance as pregnant woman caught viewers’ interest as SBS posted few pictures of Hyun Young and her blown belly through “OB-GYN” official website http://tv.sbs.co.kr/sanbu/

Meanwhile, Hyun Young’s character as a pregnant movie star visits the “OB-GYN” to check up on her pregnancy, but apparently there are complications. The story deals with difficult pregnancy such as the ones with Down Syndrome symptoms and how they deal with different opinion about how to help them. The story will collide with realistic acting from actors such as Go Ju Won, Seo Ji Seok, Jeong Ho Bin, Lee Young Eun and Song Joong Gi.

The recently back on the market, perky voice, Hyun Young is now a radio DJ? That I want to hear O_O
Good thing about this is that she’s DJ-ing on FM4U @ MBC, so I think I can find a way to get the recording just like Alex’s Blue Night. Does anyone know how to listen to Jeong Seon Hui’s first recording? SBS site confuses the heck outta me >_>

Hyun Young successfully made her debut as a radio DJ, to compete with Jeong Seon Hui’s program

Hyun Young’s program, “Hyun Young’s Music Party” 현영의 뮤직파티 on MBC FM4U (91.9 MHz) airs everyday from 4-7pm. And for her first debut, her guest stars are 김태균, 김용만, 브라이언 2PM의 (Kim Tae Gyun, Kim Yong Man, Brian from 2PM), and also, her MC partner from “Introducing a star’s friend”, Lee Hwi Jae and the handsome actor Oh Ji Ho from “Queen of Housewives” both called in to congratulate her.

Comedian/MC Park Myung Soo also appeared to her studio to give her a surprise. And he said, Hyun Young’s radio show will be a success as people would love to hear her unique voice on-air. He thinks she should be able to compete fairly with Jeong Seon Hui’s radio show, premiering at the same slot also.

Hyun Young expressed, “I was trembled. The feeling is like being a rookie again. Last night, started at 4:00pm to 7pm, I don’t know how many times I made a mistake. I owe it to the radio.” “And broadcasting today is a veteran DJ, Jeong Seon Hui unni… her program sounds great also, so it looks like we’re going to have a little competition…” (laughs)

But according to the radio DP, Jin Hyeon Suk, Hyun Young is “very natural. Being a DJ for the first-time, usually it’s not like that. But her improvisation is really good. I also thought her tone of voice is not a little high but fits perfectly with the theme of this program.”
