Kim Ah Joong’s first fan-meeting, “I would never forget this, ever.”

On December 18, around 4pm in Lotte World, along with 300 fans, Kim Ah Joong celebrated her first fan-meeting after her 5 years debut in the entertainment industry.

After her debut, Kim Ah Joong didn’t get to spend time to greet her fans, and now as a way to appreciate their love and support, the actress wanted to share something in this special holiday time as a form of her gratitude.

The event started with a wonderful performance right on to surprise her fans. We all know that she definitely can sing, and she gave a killer performance with “Killing me softly” – a classic song, and also dancing to Baek Ji Young’s “My Ear’s Candy” (hot song to dance on stage – wow I wanna see how she did it, lol)

She also played games and told stories among her fans, and took photo shoots with some of her lucky fans. At the end of the event, Kim Ah Joong said her appreciation for all the supports and love of her fans, and that she wished everyone to have a blessed Christmas with friends and family. “I won’t forget this event for a long long time. I hope everyone had a great time and will always remember this special day.” She also continued on,”I will make sure not to change, but will show you more of my work as I’d do my very best not to disappoint you.”

Finally, according to her management, Kim Ah Joong planned this fan-meeting herself, from the beginning, the planning, the stage design and the various events that she wanted to perform. She went to rehearsals and prepared for her special stage, though she had to travel back and forth in between her schedule, which showed her passion really poured out for her fans. When the MC asked her, “Do you have a boyfriend?”, she said, “Unfortunately this Christmas I can’t be together with my boyfriend.” (Eh? So she DOES have a boyfriend? NUGU?! LOL…ahhh, interesting~ keke)

JYP & Kim Ah Joong “Honey” stage performance rocks “Chocolate”

On December 9, SBS “Kim Jung Eun’s Chocolate” pre-broadcast taping was held at the SBS studio. Along with it, JYP and Kim Ah Joong performed such a brilliant choreography dance for JYP’s newest single, “Honey”.

Kim Ah Joong has been known for her vocal talent ever since her box office hit movie, “200 pounds of beauty”. She has been practicing a lot for this performance, and it seems that it was all paid off. The beautiful actress showed off her fantastic moves on stage, along with dance guru JYP. It’d be the one stage performance you don’t want to miss.

Beside the two of them, in this Christmas special episode, Kara, Brown Eyed Girls and 2PM were also there.
The special episode will be airing next week on December 19 at 12:20 midnight.

Jang Dong Gun and Kim Ah Joong have been saving money since childhood.

Actor Jang Dong Gun and actress Kim Ah Joong shared a secret about their financial habit. They both have been cultivated the habit of saving money in the bank, instead of waiting for a ‘jackpot’ through stocks or funds investments.

Today, October 27, in Myeong-dong, Seoul, Korea Federation of Banks held its 46th annual Savings Day, attended by these two celebrities. Many reporters asked them questions about their saving-money habits, and they said they’ve been doing it since they were in elementary school. “It is important to create a naturally healthy habit to save money in the bank…” So, rather than buying stocks or funds, their money at the bank are mainly their saving accounts.

According to Kim Ah Joong, her bank accounts are uncountable already. It seems to be more than 10 account numbers. “I have mostly the regular savings, though the bank would recommend me to do some investment too.”

She said she has developed this habit ever since she was young. “My old school also gave me a prize for having my own saving account.” And, “since elementary school, I’ve been encouraged to save some money in the bank,” she continued.

There were also some inspiring stories from some of the major winners like the one who received the National Medal, Lee Chun Ja (58). Lee Chun Ja has been saving all the money he got from his kiosk (small vendor) since 1991. The money stays in the bank and could help support his family’s life as well as his community.

The event was held earlier today (around 2pm Korea time) in Gangnam, Seoul Kyobo Department Store.  Kim Ah Joong endorses for YETTS, fashion brand for women – yet aiming for stylish and chic concept (ah, no wonder~ Kim Ah Joong is the perfect model for this).  In this fansigning fashion-show mini event, fans can get her signature as well as other brand goodies.
