One of the Korean movies I’ve been waiting patiently to watch is the Kim Ha Neul & Kang Ji Hwan’s spy movie, “Secret Couple” (or also known as “Level 7 Civil Servant” 7급 공무원). From the still pictures, it looks like they’re having tons of fun ;) and plus, their chemistry is oozing~ AND, it’s a romantic comedy mixed with semi thriller/suspense, so I’m in! ^^

Aren’t they sweet?
Daniel Henney and Kim Ha Neul, the gorgeous couple, the beautiful pair-up, the eye-candy couple are working together in “Sweet September’. Daniel Henney mentioned, “Honestly, Kim Ha Neul is not only beautiful, but she’s a very smart woman…” and “She has particularly charming smile and eyes…” as he revealed honestly about his “Sweet September” partner.

To overcome that awkward atmosphere on the first day of shooting, Daniel Henney bought Kim Ha Neul her favorite banana milk as a surprise. Thanks to his super sweet gesture to break the ice, it surely made them closer together even from the very start :) Awww.

This first photo-movie joint production of Elle Magazine and On Style (a cable channel) will be airing 7 romantic love stories starting this Saturday, August 23 at 11 PM. Their first pictorial album will be composed of 48 pages, in which its first hot, breathtaking picture (below) was released yesterday August 20.

Finally, the 2nd OST SBS drama “On Air” is out!
I’ve been waiting for it since it was announced a few days ago, because the news mentioned that Kim Ha Neul and Lee Bum Soo will each have their own track in this soundtrack.
I have listened to Lee Bum Soo’s singing before, and his voice is wonderful, no doubt. But I have my doubts about Kim Ha Neul. Though she did such a terrific job potraying the super-diva actress Oh Seung Ah in “On Air”, there was this part where they all went to a noraebang (karaoke place), and she literally screamed her lungs out. LOL. It was pitchy and all hehe..

SBS drama “On Air” starring Lee Bum Soo, Park Yong Ha, Kim Ha Neul and Song Yoon Ah has been doing so great with the ratings. And plus, all the cameos they have invited (Lee Hyori, Jeon Do Hyeon, Kim Min Joon, Lee Seo Jin and many more) have brought the attention and hypes from all over the Korean media. Kim Jung Eun is also scheduled to participate in the upcoming episode this week.

However, I heard there were some news that even though the ratings are high and fans are loving the drama, some people from the real entertainment industry hate it so much. So there you have it. Can’t always pleased everyone. And if the responses are negative, probably because: a)On Air opens up a whole new dimension to the mass about how it really works inside the industry. and b)They’re just anxious because maybe it’s all true. All the politics and whatnot. Hee.
