When I first read that Actor Shin Hyun Joon (whom I first knew him from KISS’ excellent music video, “Because I’m a girl” – YT link after the cut) is injured while filming his new movie, “Family Photo”, my heart sank :( he had 15 stitches and had to go back to filming right after. Now that’s dedication!
Yeah, ever since that KISS’ MV, I always have this soft spot for him, in whatever he’s doing – whether in TV dramas (his latest was “Cain & Abel” with So Ji Sub), and movies. Very charismatic actor, very charming. Saw a group of him and Shinae also when they were younger. His charismatic acting is perfect fitted for both the antagonist AND protagonist role. He can play as the lean mean evil man, but he also has this soft, kind eyes that when he glazes around, people, I mean girls, would melt. For real. ㅋㅋ No, I’m not bias. Oh, and yes, one of these days I have to watch “Family Outing” since he was in it for the last 2 weeks.

I think I saw this picture a while ago, but since it surfaced up again, it must be a sign that it deserves a blog post :) and plus, I adore Shin Hyun Joon from wayyyy back then ^^ I think he has such a charisma noone else can ever carry (though he’s such an awesome bad@ss in “Cain and Abel” who makes Ji Sub’s life a miserable hell…lol… so great at that, I can’t really hate him)

OK, I admit I was having fun playing around the thought of what would be the perfect, catchy title for this post *grins* and since, the only thing I can think about is SO JI SUB and all his… worthiness *double grins* I knew “Cain & Abel” episode 1 is going to make it no matter what, but yeah, didn’t expect to ‘make it’ this high.

SBS “Cain & Abel” starring So Ji Sub, Shin Hyun Joon, Han Ji Min and Chae Jung Ahn will finally air this Wednesday, replacing Choi Ji Woo’s Star’s Lover (which ended in such a great note. It makes me want to see the whole series after taking a peak at the ending. It’s been a while since we got this kind of ending in a Korean drama :P)
2 more days (well, 1 more day if you’re outside U.S.), let’s get ready for Cain & Abel, whom some media say that it shares quite a whole lot of similarities as MBC “East of Eden”. If only they’re on the same slot, it’ll be such an interesting rating war to see between the two.

I could’ve sworn I was gushing over the upcoming SBS “Cain & Abel” press conference pictures last night. So Ji Sub, Han Ji Min, Shin Hyun Joon and Chae Jung Ahn. The four leads look stunning, and surprisingly very ‘affectionate’ upon each other haha…
