Tiger JK & Jang Dong Gun are chosen to model for Giordano

Hip-hop icon Tiger JK and A-list actor Jang Dong Gun are now ‘rubbing shoulders’ as Giordano fashion models. Tiger JK has recently selected as Giordano fashion brand model along with the handsome actor who is rumored to get married this coming May.

According to Giordano side, they pick Tiger JK as their new model because of his challenging spirit and creative minds, and along with positive vibe he brought throughout the music industry. Along with Jang Dong Gun, these two models are expected to branch out positive synergy and new outlook to the brand advertising.

Giordano currently conducted the new Spring/Summer collections and has scheduled shooting with both of them. Jang Dong Gun and Tiger JK will both bring a fresh image to the already famous fashion brand that Giordano has earned throughout the years.

Career-wise, hip-hop icon Tiger JK has released his latest album in 2009, and won several music awards. He is now working as the co-producer for his wife, Yoon Mirae’s (T), newest album. Their son, Jordan is reported to have shown interest in hip-hop music in such a young age.

Drunken Tiger’s Tiger JK (real name Seo Jeong Kwon) took his son, Jordan to the photo studio to take their pictures. These pictures are to be featured in his upcoming 8th album.

Airing on TvN cable channel on June 26, “별을 보다” (More than the stars), they visited Tiger JK with his son, Jordan during their photoshoot for Tiger JK’s 8th album jacket pictures. The album jacket contains friendly photos of the two of them, showing the warmth of the father-son relationship.

According to Tiger JK, Jordan’s laughter and crying can be heard in the background as he recorded the single called, “I love you” for his 8th album. Jordan featuring in this album has made him the youngest guest to be invited in the album.

TvN star documentary “More than stars” covered the hip-hop singer, Tiger JK’s family life and music. As the father and head of the family, Tiger JK impresses many with his warmness towards his son and wife. Totally different image when he is on stage as a rapper. One of the features from this documentary is titled “Tiger JK’s flights”, which is made up of the 3 months work, composed in a music video and live, on-screen interviews, as Tiger JK directly involved in its narration.

His fans commented that they got to see the other side of Tiger JK as a father to Jordan and beloved husband to his wife, Yoon Mirae (T). And according to TvN cable, on June 26, after they broadcast the program, they organized a re-run also as people begin to talk to their friends and recommending them to see the program themselves.

Meanwhile, on July 3, at 10pm, TvN will be airing “More than stars” part 2, featuring Tiger JK’s family, colleagues and his passion as a musician on stage, including the part when he was invited to the Yoon Do Hyun’s love letter with his wife and son. They will also be airing the fun photoshoot session with wife Yoon Mirae and son Jordan, including Yoon Mirae’s surprise birthday party.

To those who aren’t familiar with them, it’s the hiphop/rappers-couple, Yoon Mi Rae (T) and her husband, Tiger JK (from Druken Tiger). They have one-yr old son, Jordan, but looks like they’re still lovey-dovey and have a great marriage together ^_^ ROCK ON~!

(according to DJ Tukutz of Epik High, their son Jordan picked up a microphone right away when they were having his first birthday party. It’s accustomed in Korean culture, that when a kid is having his/her bday party, they have this game where they put things in front of the kid and see which one he/she picks first. Jordan is indeed a son of these two great rappers hehe! World, watch out for Jordan!^^)

Tiger JK “It was love at first sight”, his first impression to his wife Yoon Mirae

Tiger JK and his wife, Yoon Mirae appear for the first time as a couple and they both confessed their first impression of one another.

This will be broadcasted on the upcoming MBC “Come To Play”, Yoon Mirae said, “When I first met Tiger JK, hiphop was considered as ‘weird’ in our country (Korea).”

Then she continued, “Back then, wearing sleeveless clothes, Tiger JK did his rap on subways. But I know that he’d be Korea’s best rapper.” This impression of hers can be disclosed with the deep intensity of her love for Tiger JK.

Tiger JK said, “In fact, at first, seeing the future in mind, I didn’t think Korea is crazy, but I wanted to be the best Asian rapper there is.”

Meanwhile, these two people shared their first story of falling in love, fought in love, their love story and how they met with the same ‘fate’ as their confessions are broadcasted live.
