Alex & F(x) Luna share a duet on MBC special New Year program

To celebrate the New Year, MBC will be airing a special program called, “Idol Stars 7080 King of Singer”. It’ll be broadcast on Friday, Feb 4 around 6:10pm on MBC. Alex and Luna will be competing with 13 other idol teams which includes popular idols from After School, Super Junior, SHINee, Secret, FT Island, F(x), 4Minute, Tiara, Miss-A, Tiara, Brown Eyed Girls, etc. There will be judges as well as winners categories (Gold, Silver, Bronze) awards for them.

The duet song is a sweet ballad, break-up song, where the two of them will share a sweet harmony. The song is called, ‘Farewell’. And in addition to their duet, we’ll see MBLAQ, After School and also Super Junior’s Yesung.

According to the show producers, “There are too many suspicion and accusations made to those young idols. Through this program, we hope we can ease such accusations away,” and “it will be a fun holiday TV show to watch where the whole family can enjoy.”

Luna’s voice is quite nice and smooth. And I liked her duet with Krystal on “Cinderella’s Unni” OST. Hopefully this duet song won’t disappoint. It’s been a while since I heard Alex sing… >_>

After all sorts of predictions, the final ending of “Secret Garden” has been revealed. Ideas that the Joo-won and La-im couple get married and have triplets seems likely.

On one online community on the 13th, the ending was revealed by an inside person.

In the contents of the finale, in episodes 19 and 20, Joo-won (Hyeon Bin) regains his memories and marries La-im (Ha Ji-won). Then the couple give birth to triplets and enjoy a happy life together.

This content was first revealed by someone in a twins related café. The writer said, “The ‘Secret Garden” staff came asking for twins, I’m not sure which couple, but someone is going to have triplets”.

Besides Joo-won and La-im, Oska (Yoon Sang-hyeon) and Yoon Seul (Kim Sa-rang), Lim Ah-young (Yoo In-na) also make their happy love endings.

Haven’t watched a lot (barely up to ep 8), but I heard there was a lot of ‘tears’ last week (ep 18), so I was waiting to see if there’s any other ’sad’ ending predictions. But if this is what they’ll actually come up with? I’m happy. ^_^

Actress Ko So-young Pregnant

Actress Ko So-young has revealed that she is three months pregnant, Thursday, ahead of her marriage next month to heartthrob Jang Dong-gun.

“Ko So-young has reached the third month of her pregnancy. She will become a mother in September or October,” Jang’s management agency AM Entertainment said.

The couple revealed in November 2009 that they had been dating since 2007, and announced plans to tie the knot in March. Rumors of Ko being with child started circulating when the couple made visits to meet each other’s parents ― which is considered a formal gesture to wed here ― in mid-February.

“When the two began preparations for the wedding earlier this year, they considered having children the top priority. Considering their age, both sets of parents wanted them to have a baby as soon as possible,” said the agency about Jang and Ko, who are both 38 years old.

“Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young, as well as their parents and family, are delighted about the pregnancy and are celebrating. They think it is the best wedding gift ahead of the ceremony.”

According to local reports, Ko had been spotted frequenting an OB/GYN in southern Seoul. Last year, Jang quit smoking cold turkey, following Ko’s suggestion, and some speculate that it was part of preparations to have a baby.

The mother-to-be recently spoke about having children in an interview with Instyle magazine. “If we have a child I want to help (him or her) do what (s/he) wants. It would be nice if s/he does something creative, such as architecture or fine art.”

Photographs of the couple in wedding outfits were released this week, creating a stir. The wedding will be held at 5 p.m., May 2 at the Shilla Hotel, Jangchung-dong. Veteran actor Park Jung-hoon will host the event while balladeer Shin Seung-hoon will sing

The couple has already been moving furniture and appliances into their new home in Heukseok-dong.

Jang and Ko met on the set of the 1998 melodrama “Love Wind, Love Song” and became friends.

Next month, in addition to getting married, Jang will also start shooting his next film project, “D-Day.” Meanwhile the trailer for his Hollywood debut, “The Warrior’s Way,” co-starring Kate Bosworth and Geoffrey Rush and produced by Barrie Osborne, who also did “Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King,” was recently shown ahead of its summer release.
