Hmm… I was watching a few youtube clips today at work, and totally forgot about this special one back a few weeks ago on Mnet Summer Break Special. And I remember some nights ago in Blue Night, Alex also did a live performance for that one he did w/ Gaeko, so when I saw this clip on YouTube, I was like WOOOT! lol. (many thanks to ayoepan for all the uploading <3 what would we do without your youtube channel hehehe)
(dihei, remember when you say, “the guy can rap”?
o yeah he sure can =D)
Love this clip, though the first part when Dynamic Duo started to sing, I was like o_O?
To me, their entrance at first… well, it wasn’t good lol. It feels flat somehow, but when the rhythm picks up, then it gets better… especially when they camera shifted, and then it feels like Christmas :D
You’ll see this awesome guy suddenly shows up and lights up the room… teehee~
MY GOODNESS.
NEVER in my life would I thought Sungie could do something ‘wild’ like this.
Who knew?
Who would have thought?
A transformation?
British-rock-inspired?
What? Rock Ballads?
Whatever it is, it sure darn workin’ so well for him! :D
I just knew his 3rd album will be so loved even by his antis, ha!
You know you’re obsessed when you can’t stop playing the song, and dug into google to find info about the original singer *grins* I can happily admit that ever since that last performance, I’m totally hooked on the song, in which if Alex didn’t pick to sing it on Yoon Do Hyun Love Letter show, I’d never imagined having myself gogo-gaga-ing over a song from this talented British pop artist, Oasis.
I gotta admit, if Seo In Young wasn’t on “We Got Married” show opposite of Crown J, I would never watch her performance nor even pay attention to her songs. It’s true that once you get to know the person, you observe their behaviors and habits, you become more fond of them. Just like what I feel about Seo In Young personally. When I first saw her on WGM, it was nothing special. It was kinda like, “Oh, so her name is Seo In Young…” “She’s from Jewelry? What is Jewelry? o_O?” “Oh she’s kinda spoiled and princess-like.” But after a while, after watching her with Crown J, and how she acts around people, it’s just down to me that she can be such a cool person despite of her ’smexy’ and naughty image (especially when she’s performing on stage)
One thing that I like about her and Crown J is that they don’t really care about what people had in their minds about them, and just totally cool being themselves. And maybe that’s why her chemistry with Crown J is so comfortable to see and even Lee Sora said it herself, they should really date for real. Yes, maybe they should really think this over. Their compatibility is really high.
Now, why the heck did I start talking about Seo In Young?
It’s because she surprised me a lot through her performance last Friday night on Yoon Do Hyun Love Letter music show on KBS2. Let’s take a look…
I was surprised to read that Alex performed “Flowerpot” on last night’s Mnet Countdown since, well, so far, for the past almost 2 months, he has been performing the same song, “If it were you”, on every friggin Countdown shows, lol. So, just for the record, last night’s performance of “Flowerpot” will be the first on Mnet Countdown, and his 2nd “Flowerpot” performance after what he did on Madame B Salon.
When I first heard the intro music, I knew something is different. The song sounds more ‘alive’ with the drumbeats, but also it has a different ‘flavor’ of the music arrangement. Thank God, for once he didn’t sing “If it were you” fully from beginning to end, but rather, a halfway-medley to “Flowerpot” (it was a very suave and smooth transition too I must say).
Advent season is here again. 2008 really has gone by so fast... Xmas lights are everywhere, and counting... 23 days before Christmas. http://twitter.com/ay_link16 hours ago
