Muhyul and Yeon must be so proud to have such a hunk kiddo. No wonder Dojin is so obsessed! lol jk. Gee, poor Dojin. I mean poor Muhyul, and Yeon, and Hodong and everyone else except Baeguk and Daeso.

Kingdom of the wind is wrapping up next week, and seriously, are they ready to wrap up the series for only 36 episodes?? With all this, I thought they’re going kinda too fast and yeah, the battle scenes are o_O to me also. But back to Hodong, they really did pick such a cutiepie. (he’s pushing buttons on me, and I think my maternal clock is beeping… I want a boy like him! lolz.)

Note to self: Gotta make some time to watch KOTW. 2 more to go, and hope they won’t butcher it ’till the last drop. ㅋㅋㅋ
Oh and about Yeon giving up Hodong, and ’sacrificed’ herself to be with Dojin… I’m giving her the benefit of a doubt that she’s doing all this because she knows exactly what Muhyul is capable of, and of course, it won’t make sense to give up a son like that. But hey, what do I know? I’m not a mother yet, but I think she’s thinking further and for the safety of her son, Hodong is better off to be with Muhyul. And if she’s holding back and giving herself to Dojin, at least she can stall some time and hope that Muhyul will act rather fast (next week) to pick her up and they live happily ever after.

Love this poster :) Not sure if this is a new poster or not, but I have never seen this before. Muhyul and Yeon, the Goguryeo-Buyeo’s forbidden love… the romeo and juliet, which can sound so cliche but funny thing is that KOTW still got me every single episode.

This week’s episodes wrapped up with King Yuri died so gracefully, Muhyul becomes the 3rd King of Goguryeo, Prince Hodong was born while his daddy Muhyul was fighting for Goguryeo. I’m amazed that Dojin really kept his word about Hodong, and he’d treat him as his own son, which he did. He seems okay that Yeon has a son (the boy is soooo cuteeee), and that he seems to really treat Hodong like his own. Sigh… can’t seem to hate the guy for being so madly in love with her, up to the point of loving not only her, but also her son whom she had with his #1 enemy. Tsk tsk tsk.

Oh, and Princess Seryu finally got her happiness! YIPPPEEEE. Teehee. What a scene. Quite romantic, but also kinda ’shocking’ that they both are allowed to have some ‘romance’ of their own. *chuckles*

Can’t wait to see more next week, but not sure with all the New Year’s Eve and all. KOTW, hwaiting!! ^_^

Yupe, here comes the third wheel, Muhyul’s new love interest (at this very late casting, and they couldn’t even find someone more ‘green’ in historical setting experience? tsk~)

I don’t have a problem with her appearance, outlook, etc, and I do think she has her charm and appeal, but seriously? Sigh. As if Choi Jung Won isn’t enough to ‘capture’ the audience’s yawns with her Yeon-ness. Though at first I kinda like her super sweet attitude, but I guess I’m expecting more from her. (or maybe Yeon’s character is intended just like that. Though I love the scene between her and Dojin – because hey, she’s his first love and childhood sweetheart. His heart has always belonged to her from the very beginning he laid eyes on her. But yeah, what a fate. *I shall stop here before I put more spoilers any further…)

KBS2 drama “Kingdom of the wind” has finally told us their casting of Kim Jung Hwa, the new love interest (or more like, matched-love) for Song Il Guk’s character, Muhyul. She has committed to play as his queen later on as Muhyul can’t never take Yeon as his queen since Yeon is from Buyeo, the enemy side, no less.

This completes the new phase by having two female and male leads for the drama as it has always been like that with Korean dramas. Kim Jung Hwa will appear next week, on Wednesday November 26. Her character is described as beautiful woman, but with hidden agenda to get what she wants and how she wants it. She’ll be in an arranged-marriage with Prince Muhyul to fulfill the slot as his queen, Princess Lee Ji.

However, as Muhyul only has one heart for Yeon, they will entangle in a love triangle, with Dojin on the side rooting for Yeon. (lol) Therefore, with this newest addition to the cast, the storyline is expected to stir along with some conflicts. In the history, Muhyul’s queen caused his concubine (Yeon) so much hurt and pain that she left the palace because of her. Oh, and she also tried to poison Muhyul and Yeon’s son, Prince Hodong. (aigoo)

“Kingdom of the wind” will be Kim Jung Hwa’s very first sageuk, as she said she’s nervous but wants to learn a lot from it so that she won’t let others down. (Yes, please prove me wrong. I’m expecting to see a very mean, manipulative queen from her at this point. Poor Yeon, sigh. Lee Jin will so totally eat her alive. ㅋㅋㅋ)

Have you seen today’s eppie? The most depressing episode of all, lol. But the coolest thing about it is that Dojin got a new haircut again! YAY! LOL. Gosh, I think I’m slowly having a secret crush on Dojin~ kekeke… soooo hard to hate him, especially when he’s with Yeon. Kekeke… aigoo…first love never dies~~~
